If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us at:

Change of mind returns
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us if you would like to cancel or return your item.
Once you have told us, you then have 14 days to send the item back.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging where possible
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning your item, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Refunds may take several working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned in a condition that means they cannot be resold.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
